We sit with the people who do the work and write down what actually happens, including the parts nobody documented.
What gets built, what it connects to, what working means, and what it costs. No code starts until you have signed that off.
Working software in front of you every week, running in your own environment rather than a demo of ours.
Documentation, a walkthrough with your team, and a support plan only if you want one.
Yours. The repository is created in your account from the first commit, not ours. There is no license to keep paying and nothing to unlock.
A focused pilot runs four to six weeks from first call to something running in production. A full build is usually eight to sixteen weeks depending on how many systems it has to touch. We give you a fixed scope and a date before anything starts.
We build inside your existing stack rather than asking you to move onto ours. Replacing a working system is a decision you should make for your own reasons, not because of how we prefer to work.
You can take it from there with the documentation and walkthrough we provide, or keep us on a support retainer. Plenty of clients do the first. We would rather you stay because the next project is worth doing, not because you cannot run the last one without us.
Systems run in your own cloud account wherever possible, so your data does not sit with us. Where a third party model provider is involved we tell you exactly which one, what it sees, and what it retains, before you sign anything.
